Job Description:
We are seeking an ECommerce Assistant to join our growing team in the Singapore. As an ECommerce Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting our ECommerce team in managing and optimizing our online store. You will work closely with the ECommerce Manager to ensure that our online store is up-to-date, user-friendly, and optimized for sales.
Responsibilities:
Assist with managing and updating our online store
Help optimize our online store for sales, including product listings, pricing, and promotions
Process orders and manage inventory levels
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues
Collaborate with other team members to ensure that our online store is aligned with our company’s goals and objectives
Monitor and report on sales and site performance, and make recommendations for improvement
Stay up-to-date with ECommerce trends and best practices
Requirements:
Proven experience as an ECommerce Assistant or similar role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience using ECommerce platforms, such as Shopee, Lazada, Shopify, etc..
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Experience in the retail industry is preferred
