Role Summary 

Ecommerce Assistant Manager is responsible for ensuring accurate, timely, and high-quality product listing execution for Club21.com, while driving continuous improvement of listing processes, tools, and system integration. 

This role plays a key control function in maintaining pricing and data accuracy, supporting speed-to-market, and improving product page quality to support conversion performance. The position works closely with Ecommerce, Studio, UX/Development, and MIS teams to strengthen end-to-end product data workflows and reduce manual processes. 

 

Key Responsibilities 

1. Product Listing Ownership 

  • Manage end-to-end product listing for Club21.com across categories and markets. 

  • Ensure accuracy of pricing, product attributes, descriptions, and imagery. 

  • Maintain listing speed and quality in line with business timelines and campaign launches. 

  • Perform quality checks to minimise listing errors and customer complaints. 


2. Product Page & Listing Tool Improvement 

  • Collaborate with UX developers to improve listing workflows and tools. 

  • Support implementation of initiatives such as: 

  • Image-on-model workflow enhancements 

  • Product page improvements to support conversion 

  • Identify opportunities to improve listing efficiency and user experience. 


3. MIS & System Collaboration (M3 Improvement) 

  • Partner with MIS to improve product data structure and governance within ERP. 

  • Support data completeness and system enhancements, including: 

  • Carryover tracking 

  • Country of origin and HS code accuracy 

  • Structured data flow between systems – from shopify to marketplaces 

  • Reduce dependency on manual Excel processes by improving system-based workflows. 


4. Cross-Functional Coordination 

  • Work closely with Studio team to ensure timely asset readiness. 

  • Coordinate with Merchandising, Operations, and MIS teams to resolve data issues. 

  • Support process documentation and continuous improvement initiatives. 

 

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) 

  • Product listing accuracy rate 

  • Listing turnaround time / speed to market 

  • Reduction in pricing or data discrepancies 

  • Improvement in workflow efficiency and system adoption 

  • Contribution to product page quality and conversion support 

 

Requirements 

  • 5 years of experience in ecommerce product listing and excel formulas. 

  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy. 

  • Experience working with Shopify. 

  • Comfortable working with systems and data; experience with ERP is advantageous. 

  • Strong coordination and communication skills across cross-functional teams. 

  • Process-oriented mindset with interest in system improvement and automation.
