☕ Role: E-Commerce Coffee Bean Manager
Overview
You’ll manage and grow Cowpresso’s online coffee business across multiple platforms (Lazada, Shopee, Shopify, and our official website). You’ll also handle both B2B and B2C orders and customer communications — ensuring every customer, café, or corporate client gets a smooth, friendly, and coffee-loving experience.
Key Responsibilities
🛒 E-Commerce OperationsManage daily operations across Shopee, Lazada, Shopify, and Cowpresso’s website.
Upload, optimize, and update product listings (titles, descriptions, photos, pricing, keywords, SEO).
Track stock levels, product variations, and coordinate restocks with roastery and warehouse teams.
Handle order fulfillment — print labels, confirm shipments, and ensure prompt delivery.
Monitor platform analytics (conversion rates, bestsellers, return rates, ad spend).
Coordinate with logistics partners to resolve delivery issues and delays.
Manage WhatsApp, website chat, email, and call inquiries from both retail (B2C) and wholesale (B2B) customers.
Provide product recommendations (coffee beans, grinders, machines, milk, capsules).
Follow up on orders, reviews, and feedback politely and promptly.
Handle returns, exchanges, and complaints with empathy and responsibility.
Convert chats and inquiries into successful sales with good communication.
Plan and execute monthly promotions, campaigns, and bundle deals on Shopee/Lazada.
Work with design and marketing teams on product photos, videos, and social posts.
Schedule giveaways, vouchers, and flash sales aligned with brand tone.
Track ROI of ad campaigns (Google, Shopee Ads, Meta, etc.) and adjust strategy.
Collect customer insights to improve product range and online experience.
Work closely with roasting, packaging, logistics, and marketing teams.
Ensure smooth communication between café/office partners and internal staff.
Report sales trends, platform issues, and customer insights weekly.
Uphold Cowpresso’s values: honesty, craftsmanship, sustainability, and fun coffee culture.
Requirements
Experience managing Shopee/Lazada/Shopify stores preferred.
Excellent communication skills (spoken & written).
Attention to detail and responsibility in handling orders and chats.
Strong teamwork, initiative, and willingness to learn.
Coffee lover or café enthusiast a plus!
