Ecommerce Coordinator

This isn’t your typical desk job. You’ll gain real, hands-on exposure to how an ecommerce business runs behind the scenes — from sourcing products to executing campaigns.

What You’ll Be Doing (Either One)

1. Purchasing & Inventory Coordination

• Source and evaluate suppliers (cost, quality, lead time, reliability)

• Maintain supplier relationships: negotiate pricing, MOQ, and delivery terms

• Manage day-to-day supplier communication (quotes, orders, shipment updates)

• Monitor stock levels and plan replenishment based on sales & campaigns

• Work closely with warehouse on inbound planning and stock accuracy

• Prepare simple reports (fast/slow moving items, reorder planning, budget tracking)

2. Marketing & Campaign Coordination

• Support ecommerce campaigns (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, etc.)

• Coordinate product launches, bundles, and promotional setups

• Assist with campaign planning, stock allocation, and execution timelines

• Work with internal teams on product listings, visuals, and content updates

• Track basic campaign performance and suggest improvements

Who We’re Looking For

• Fresh graduates are welcome — training will be provided

• Strong communication & negotiation skills

• Organised, proactive, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• A team player with a good attitude, but also able to work independently

• Interested in ecommerce, marketing, or business operations

Working Days:

• 5.5 days

Working Hours

• 8:00 am – 5:00 pm (Monday to Friday)

• 8:00am – 12pm (Saturday)

• Woodlands, Singapore
