eCommerce Executive (Beauty & Wellness) @ Changi Airport - Up to 3500$

Key Responsibilities

• Lead merchant acquisition efforts including prospecting, negotiation, promotions, onboarding, and renewals

• Manage assigned merchant accounts and achieve sales targets

• Act as the primary contact for merchants and maintain strong long-term relationships

• Review merchant performance and support business growth strategies including product expansion and partnerships

• Work with merchants on new business ideas to drive sales

• Support business analysis and monthly reporting activities

• Resolve operational issues related to orders, logistics, payments, and platform operations

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support business and sales growth

• Drive profitability through contribution margin (CM) management and new sales initiatives

• Merchant/brand acquisition

• Exclusive or first-to-market launches

Requirements

• Degree holder with 1–3 years of relevant experience

• Experience in Business Development, eCommerce, or marketplace environment is required

• Strong industry network is an advantage

• Good communication and presentation skills

• Fresh graduates with relevant BD/AM internship experience may be considered
