Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised eCommerce Executive cum Admin to support daily operations across our online sales channels. This role is ideal for candidates with a strong willingness to learn AI tools and apply them in business operations.
Key Responsibilities
AI & Digital Tools Utilisation
Learn and apply AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Canva, automation tools) for image processing, product listings, content creation, and workflow optimisation
Support process automation and operational efficiency improvements
Identify opportunities to improve productivity using digital tools and AI
eCommerce Operations
Manage and update product listings, product descriptions, pricing, and stock quantities on Shopify, eBay, and Amazon
Upload new SKUs and maintain accurate product catalogue data across all platforms
Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock accuracy across systems
Assist in order processing, order tracking, and coordination with fulfilment team
Ensure consistency of product data, images, and listings across multiple marketplaces
Create and publish social media content/posts to support eCommerce marketing and brand presence
Administrative & Operations Support
Support daily office administration and coordination with internal teams
Assist with operational processes, system updates, and workflow improvements
Handle ad-hoc administrative and coordination tasks
Requirements
Willingness to learn and use AI tools in daily operations is essential
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace (Excel, Sheets, Word)
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced eCommerce environment
Experience with Shopify, eBay, Amazon, or other eCommerce platforms is an advantage but not required
