eCommerce Executive

Manage daily operations on eCommerce marketplace platforms, which includes generating sales reports, handling product listings, coordinating photoshoots and/or editing product images, as well as processing orders, fulfillments, and returns.

Support the creation and execution of promotions and campaigns by submitting monthly initiatives across all eCommerce marketplace platforms.

Assist with packing campaign parcels and proactively follow up to file claims with third-party logistics providers for any damages incurred.

Ability to handle cross/multifunctional online channels.

Collaborate with internal and external teams to develop and enhance content that aligns with both brand and trade partner objectives.

Work closely with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely stock fulfillment and deliveries.

Enhance customer satisfaction through effective management of all eCommerce marketplace platforms.

Any other ad-hoc duties where deem necessary.
