Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Support & Issue Resolution: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and escalate when necessary.
- Order & Product Management: Process orders, maintain accurate product listings, and coordinate with various parties.
- Administrative Support: Handle records, reports, and cross-functional coordination to meet KPIs.
- Campaign Analysis & Execution: Plan and execute advertising campaigns, analyze sales trends, and generate performance insights.
- Reporting: Prepare monthly and campaign reports with actionable insights to optimize performance.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, Digital Marketing, IT/Technology, Retail or related discipline.
- 2-3 years of experience in e-commerce, preferably in the retail industry.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, online marketing strategies, and data analytics.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, capable of working effectively with cross-functional teams.
