Ecommerce Growth Manager

About the role

Capital Human Resource Management Pte. Ltd is seeking an Ecommerce Growth Manager to join our dynamic marketing and communications team. This is a full-time position based in the East Region, offering the opportunity to drive strategic growth initiatives across our ecommerce platforms. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and executing growth strategies that enhance our online presence, increase customer acquisition, and optimise conversion rates. This is a pivotal position that bridges digital marketing excellence with measurable business results, contributing directly to the company's expansion objectives in the fast-paced digital landscape.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive ecommerce growth strategies to increase online sales, customer acquisition, and market share

• Manage and optimise digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including search, social media, email, and display advertising

• Analyse customer data and ecommerce metrics to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, design, and customer service, to enhance the overall customer experience

• Conduct A/B testing on landing pages, product listings, checkout processes, and marketing creatives to drive conversion rate optimisation

• Monitor competitor activity and market trends to ensure our ecommerce strategies remain competitive and relevant

• Create and manage budgets for digital marketing initiatives, ensuring optimal return on investment

• Prepare regular performance reports and present insights to senior management with actionable recommendations

• Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, vendors, and technology partners to support growth objectives

What we're looking for

• 3-5 years of demonstrated experience in ecommerce growth, digital marketing, or a related role within a commercial environment

• Proven track record of successfully driving online sales growth and improving key ecommerce metrics such as conversion rate, customer acquisition cost, and lifetime value

• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data interpretation, using tools such as Google Analytics, SEO platforms, and marketing automation software

• Expertise in digital marketing channels, including search engine marketing (SEM), search engine optimisation (SEO), social media advertising, and email marketing

• Experience with ecommerce platforms and technologies, such as Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar systems

• Excellent project management abilities with the capacity to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously

• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex data insights to diverse audiences

• Creative thinking combined with a data-driven approach to problem-solving

• Experience in customer journey mapping and conversion rate optimisation is highly desirable

• Knowledge of marketing automation and CRM systems would strengthen your candidacy
