Dyson has set a regional office for Southeast Asia in Singapore. The Singapore office will provide the vision and strategy to Dyson’s business in Southeast Asia, covering key markets such as Singapore, Malaysia, and growth/new markets such as Thailand, Indonesia, Philippines and Vietnam.
About the role
Join us as an E-commerce Intern and gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced world of online retail. This is not just an administrative role — you will work closely with a seasoned merchandizer who will coach and guide you throughout your internship. You will learn how to create compelling product experiences, support exciting campaigns, and understand the mechanics behind successful e-commerce operations.
As an intern, approximately 60% of your time will be devoted to gaining practical, hands-on experience in executing e-commerce activities. The remaining 40% will focus on contributing to innovative projects and generating ideas to enhance the performance and growth of our channel.
Key responsibilities:
Assist in managing and updating product listings across our e-commerce platforms.
Ensure product content (descriptions, images, pricing) is accurate and engaging for customers.
Support special projects and seasonal campaigns, contributing ideas and execution to enhance the online shopping experience.
Collaborate with marketing, design, and supply chain teams to deliver a seamless customer journey.
Prepare performance reports and insights for internal review, learning how data drives decisions.
Conduct basic competitor checks and observe trends to broaden your understanding of the market.
Optimise webpages, manage category pages, and implement strategies to improve conversion rates and user experience.
Coordinate online promotions, seasonal campaigns, and product launches in alignment with marketing and business objectives.
Monitor KPIs such as sales, traffic, and conversion; analyze customer behavior to optimize merchandising strategies.
Work closely with marketing, supply chain, and e-commerce teams to ensure seamless execution of digital merchandising initiatives.
Dyson.com Operations & Optimization:
Support the daily operations of the Brand.com platform including product listings, pricing, and stock accuracy.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, IT, Supply, Legal) to ensure timely campaign readiness.
Assist in monitoring site performance, traffic, and conversion KPIs.
Product Content Management:
Ensure accurate and SEO-optimized product descriptions, images, and specifications on Dyson.com.sg.
Explore AI Geo Search & Personalization (New)
Analyze on-site search data and identify opportunities to improve relevance and click-through rates.
AI Content & Creative Optimization:
Explore AI tools to generate and refine product copy, SEO metadata, and localized content.
Conduct A/B testing to measure impact on conversion and bounce rates.

About you
Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in any field, with an interest in marketing or business.
Experience with academic or extracurricular projects is a plus.
Familiarity with marketing tools (e.g., Google Ads, social media platforms) is a bonus.
Enthusiasm for digital marketing trends and innovation.
Passion for data and technology.
