Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented E-Commerce Intern (Shopify) to join our team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in online retail operations and digital commerce.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and update product listings, descriptions, and pricing on Shopify


• Assist with daily e-commerce operations including order processing, returns, and customer support


• Maintain accurate inventory records and coordinate with the operations team


• Support promotional campaigns, discount codes, and online marketing initiatives


• Prepare simple reports and provide insights on sales and store performance


• Assist with website improvements and updates as required

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field


• Strong interest in e-commerce and digital platforms


• Basic knowledge of Shopify


• Proficient in Microsoft Office


• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently


• Able to start immediately
