Ecommerce & Live Stream Assistant

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Ecommerce & Live Stream Assistant to support daily ecommerce operations and live streaming.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimise online store accounts (Lazada, Shopee, TikTok Shop, etc)


• Stay updated with platform tools, policies, and promotions


• Liaise with platform reps and resolve issues promptly


• Ensure accurate listings, pricing, and promotional compliance


• Coordinate order fulfilment and inventory accuracy


• Monitor deliveries and resolve fulfilment issues


• Plan and execute platform-specific promotions


• Plan and host product livestreams


• Prepare content, operate tools, and engage audiences

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of platform tools, trends, and updates


• Experience in live streaming or video commerce is a plus


• Analytical, organised, and skilled in multitasking


• Proficient in tools like Excel, Google Sheets, Google Analytics


• Good communication skills and a strong sense of initiative
