Ecommerce & marketing Executive (Beauty Products)

We are a Boutique beauty product distributor in Singapore and South East Asia and are proud to have established multiple brands under our portfolio as of leading brand in Singapore. We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive E-Commerce Specialist to manage and grow our beauty multi-brand store

Responsibilities

• Manage product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory across marketplaces.

• Process and fulfill daily online orders, including picking, packing, and shipment coordination.

• Handle purchase orders (POs) from B2B partners and coordinate order fulfilment.

• Prepare invoices, delivery orders, packing lists, and related documentation.

• Monitor stock levels and maintain accurate inventory records.

• Provide customer support and resolve order-related issues.

• Track sales performance and prepare operational reports.

• Support day-to-day e-commerce and administrative operations.

• Arrange and participate in offline sales events and expos.
  

Requirements (please read before you apply):

• Experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopee/Lazada) and it operations a must

• Able to work under pressure and a tight timeline (*Apply only if you can work in a fast-paced environment)

• Highly Responsible and able to multitask

• Target-oriented and self-motivated

• Resourceful and good problem solver

• At least 1 year of FMCG Ecommerce experience

• Knowledge of design tools (eg Photoshop, Canva etc)
