The Role: Your Impact
As an eCommerce Operation Executive, you will play a critical role in the final stage of our product fulfilment process. Your primary responsibility is to ensure that all consumer electronic goods are correctly prepared, protected, and packaged for shipment, guaranteeing they arrive to our customers in pristine condition.
Key Responsibilities
Accurate Packaging: Select the appropriate packaging materials (boxes, foam, bubble wrap, etc.) and pack a variety of electronic items, from small accessories to large devices, following specific guidelines to prevent damage.
Quality Check: Perform a final visual inspection of products for defects or damage before packing. Verify the correct items and quantities are being packed against the order sheet or scanning system.
Labelling and Documentation: Affix shipping labels, hazard warnings, and other required documentation accurately and securely.
Organisation: Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work area. Report any shortages of packing materials or inventory discrepancies to the supervisor.
Inventory Management: Handle inventory receiving and transfers between stores.
Order Management: Handle order cancellations & returns in a timely manner while communicating clearly with the E-commerce platform.
Efficiency: Work quickly and efficiently to meet daily packing quotas and shipping deadlines.
Qualifications and Skills
Required
Experience: Proven experience (or demonstrated ability) in a warehouse, production, or packing environment is a plus, but we are willing to train reliable individuals.
Attention to Detail: Exceptional focus on accuracy and quality, especially when handling delicate electronic goods.
Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods and occasionally lift and move boxes up to [Insert Weight, e.g., 30 lbs].
Reliability: Strong work ethic and excellent attendance record.
Basic Skills: Comfortable using handheld scanners or basic warehouse technology.
Preferred
Prior experience specifically with consumer electronics or fragile goods.
Familiarity with inventory management systems.
