About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive E-Commerce Associate to support the day-to-day operations of our online sales channels. This role will be responsible for managing product listings, monitoring online store performance, coordinating with logistics partners, and ensuring a seamless customer experience across our e-commerce platforms.
The ideal candidate is organized, analytical, and comfortable working with multiple online marketplaces.
Key Responsibilities
E-Commerce Operations
Manage daily operations across e-commerce platforms (e.g. Shopee, Lazada, Amazon, and company website).
Upload and maintain product listings, including product descriptions, images, pricing, and inventory updates.
Monitor product availability and coordinate stock replenishment with the supply chain team.
Order Management
Process daily online orders and coordinate with warehouse or 3PL partners for fulfillment.
Monitor order statuses, shipping timelines, and resolve fulfillment issues.
Ensure accurate order documentation and reporting.
Customer Service
Respond to customer enquiries across e-commerce platforms in a timely and professional manner.
Manage product reviews, ratings, and feedback.
Handle returns, refunds, and customer complaints according to company policies.
Promotions & Campaigns
Assist in planning and executing online promotions, flash sales, and marketing campaigns.
Coordinate campaign assets and promotional pricing updates.
Ensure timely participation in marketplace campaigns.
Performance Monitoring
Track sales performance, conversion rates, and other e-commerce KPIs.
Generate weekly and monthly sales reports.
Identify opportunities to improve listings, pricing, and product visibility.
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or online marketplace operations.
Experience managing marketplaces such as Shopee, Lazada, or Amazon is preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic data analysis.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Skills
Familiarity with e-commerce analytics tools and platform dashboards.
Basic knowledge of digital marketing (ads, SEO, promotions).
Experience working with inventory or ERP systems is an advantage.
