Ecommerce Operations Associate

Key Responsibilities

Order Fulfillment (Pick & Pack)

• Pick, pack, and prepare daily customer orders for dispatch accurately and efficiently.


• Coordinate with logistics partners for timely shipment and delivery.


• Ensure packaging standards align with brand aesthetics and safety requirements.


• Perform quality checks on products before shipping.

• Manage product listings across multiple platforms (e.g., Shopify, Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop).


• Ensure accurate pricing, inventory, and content updates.


• Monitor order flows, resolve errors or delays, and ensure smooth backend processing.


• Assist in campaigns, promotions, vouchers, and platform-specific flash sales setup.

• Perform regular stock takes and inventory reconciliation.


• Update stock movement records across systems.


• Flag low-stock or out-of-stock items and support reordering processes.


• Help improve stockroom organization and space utilization.

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Ecommerce, Marketing, or related fields.


• 1–3 years’ experience in ecommerce operations or order fulfillment.


• Deep familiarity with platforms like Shopify, Shopee, Lazada, or TikTok Shop.


• Basic understanding of inventory software or warehouse systems.


• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.


• Good written and verbal communication skills.
