About Us
Hone Aroma is a fast-growing home fragrance brand in Singapore, specialising in luxury, hotel-inspired scents and cold air diffusers.
We operate across Shopify (Direct-to-Consumer), Shopee, Lazada, and retail stores, and are building a strong brand-led ecosystem focused on customer experience and retention.
We are looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented operator to support both our daily fulfilment operations and e-commerce growth initiatives.
🎯 Role Purpose
You are responsible for ensuring a seamless experience from “order to delivery”, while supporting the growth of our DTC and marketplace channels.
This is a hybrid role combining:
Operational execution (fulfilment, packing, inventory, logistics)
E-commerce support (listings, campaigns, retention)
You will act as the bridge between operations, customer experience, and online sales performance, ensuring the business runs smoothly as we scale.
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Fulfilment (Core Responsibility)
Pouring and re-bottling of aroma oils
Pack and fulfil daily orders from Shopify, Shopee, and Lazada
Ensure accurate picking, packing, and labelling of products
Prepare stock for retail restocking and ensure retail inventory accuracy
Coordinate courier pickups and parcel dispatch
Inbounding inventory
Ensure sufficient packing materials
Inventory forecasting
Inventory & Warehouse Management
Receive and inbound inventory into warehouse/office
Maintain accurate stock levels across: Shopify (DTC), Shopee & Lazada (marketplaces), Retail stores
Conduct cycle counts and resolve discrepancies
Maintain clean and organised workspace
Marketplace Management (Shopee, Lazada)
Manage and optimise product listings (titles, pricing, stock accuracy)
Monitor marketplace performance and ensure smooth operations
Track order issues, returns, and platform-related cases
Ensure pricing and inventory are synced across platforms
Joining sale campaigns for maximum exposure
DTC E-commerce Support (DTC Growth)
Assist in managing Shopify, Shopee, Lazada store operations
Support basic SEO optimisation of product pages
Monitor customer journey (product page → checkout → delivery)
Identify drop-offs or friction points and suggest improvements
Increase product listing's conversion rate
Email and Content Marketing
Deploy and assist with: Email newsletters, Re-engagement campaigns
Maintain and organise customer database
Support basic customer retention initiatives
Using AI tools to generate new ad content (will be taught)
Customer Experience & Warranty Handling
Handle product warranty claims and basic customer issues
Troubleshoot issues and coordinate replacements
Inspect returned items and process accordingly
Ensure professional and timely communication
Logistics, Compliance & Documentation
Ensure proper handling of import/GST documentation
Track and verify GST payments for inbound shipments
Maintain accurate operational records
👤 Requirements
Fresh graduates are welcome - You'll be trained the right way
Basic skills in Google Sheets / Excel
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes
Comfortable with hands-on operational work (packing, inventory handling)
Able to work alone

Comfortable working both physically (operations) and digitally (e-commerce)
Proactive mindset — you don’t just complete tasks, you improve them
Calm, structured, and solution-oriented under pressure
Familiarity with Shopify, Shopee, Lazada is a plus
Proficient in English, both written and verbal
What We’re Looking For (Nice to have)
Strong bonus for someone with experience starting their own e-commerce store
Preferably 1–2 years experience in: E-commerce operations / fulfilment OR digital marketing / marketplace handling
Basic skills in Canva and image editing

Additional Information
Based in Singapore
5.5 day work week. Monday to Friday: 9am – 6pm Saturday/Sunday: 10am – 2pm
AWS (13th month bonus) provided
Salary Range: $2,700 - $3,600
