Job Description
Key Responsibilities
● Assist in the day-to-day operations of e-commerce platforms such as Shopee and Lazada, including product uploads, order handling, and backend system management.
● Oversee and manage warehouse inventory levels, coordinate restocking activities, and ensure prompt and accurate order fulfillment.
● Work closely with the team to maintain seamless and efficient operations across all e-commerce channels.
● Research current social media trends and suggest creative content ideas to boost audience engagement and increase brand visibility.
- Ensure all content is consistent with brand guidelines and effectively connects with the target audience.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of content strategies and monitor performance across multiple digital platforms.
Job Requirements
● Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma in Media, Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related discipline (preferred but not required)
. ● Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms such as Shopee and Lazada
. ● Comfortable using spreadsheet tools like Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets; familiarity with Adobe Photoshop is an added advantage.
● Ability in speaking both English and Chinese for effective handling of product content and internal communication.
● Strong organizational skills with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
● Responsible, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
