Job Description
Role of E-Commerce Operations Specialist:
- Coordinate and fulfill online orders
- Upload and maintain online listings
- Maintain online stocks
- Create refunds and discounts for out-of-stock items if required
- Assist in scheduling timely deliveries
- Capture payments for orders made
- Check-out products at the point-of-sale system
- Pick and pack items from the retail store, according to orders
Skills and Abilities:
- Possess excellent communication, time-management and organizational skills
- Highly responsible and reliable
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work cohesively with fellow team members as part of a team
- Able to commit to a five and half work per week
