Description
Responsibilities
· Manage and optimize product listings across all e-commerce platforms to ensure accuracy in information, pricing and inventory levels.
· Work closely with the order fulfilment team to streamline order processing and ensure timely deliveries to customers.
· Reconcile platform transactions and resolve discrepancies in collaboration with the Finance department.
· Plan and execute advertising campaigns, analyze sales trends, and generate performance insights.
· Prepare monthly reports with actionable insights to optimize performance.
· Support technical needs for the e-commerce site, including UX/UI updates, payment modules, and integrations.
· Work with IT team on digital enhancements and platform improvements.
· Adhoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
Min Diploma in Business, Information Technology or related fields.
Experience with major e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Lazada, Shopee).
Basic understanding of digital marketing (SEO, Facebook/Google Ads) is a plus.
Knowledge in key digital platforms and tools such as Facebook, Instagram, Shopify
Strong communication and collaboration skills, capable of working effectively with cross-functional teams.
