About the role

Oversee daily warehouse activities including receiving, picking, packing, stock arrangement and dispatch. Take ownership of warehouse operations and ensure tasks are completed responsibly.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse activities including receiving, picking, packing, stock arrangement and dispatch

• Coordinate and supervise warehouse assistants and interns

• Assign daily tasks and monitor work progress to ensure deadlines are met

• Ensure proper stock organisation, inventory accuracy and warehouse cleanliness

• Conduct stock checks and report discrepancies or damaged goods

• Train and guide interns and new warehouse staff on warehouse procedures and SOPs

• Ensure all orders are picked and packed accurately and on time

• Assist with loading and unloading of goods when required

• Maintain a safe, organised and efficient working environment

• Report operational issues and suggest improvements to warehouse processes
