The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.

Shopee’s Regional Supply Chain team oversees the overall strategy and operations of our network of transportation facilities and warehouses across our markets. We are seeking strategic and hands-on individuals to join us in building the most efficient and competitive e-commerce supply chain network. You will be part of an entrepreneurial and collaborative team that is excited to dream big about creating a seamless user experience while being pragmatic in driving improvement opportunities in all areas of the ecommerce supply chain.

Lead Continuous Improvement: Spearhead projects aimed at transforming operations—reducing costs, streamlining workflows, and elevating efficiency, all while keeping user experience at the core. -
Harness Data Power: Utilise data analytics to create and track KPIs, run deep-dive analyses, and translate insights into impactful actions. -

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in management consulting, supply chain, internet, fast-moving consumer industries or any relevant work experience
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data-driven decision-making
- Experience leading and executing projects focused on process optimisation, efficiency gains, and cost reduction etc.
- Proactive and results-oriented with a strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Adaptable and flexible to thrive in an entrepreneurial and dynamic environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different teams to overcome implementation challenges
- Willingness to travel to Southeast Asian markets to implement initiatives with local teams
