Role Description
You will serve as a vital point of contact for Thryft customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring an excellent customer experience. Daily responsibilities include managing customer communications across multiple channels, troubleshooting eCommerce-related queries, facilitating sales, and providing operational support to improve overall satisfaction. This is a full-time role with on-site work required at our warehouse.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and communication skills to effectively address inquiries and provide an excellent experience
- Knowledge of eCommerce platforms and processes to support online transactions and troubleshoot related issues
- Keen to grow proficiency in sales/understanding of customer needs so as to drive satisfaction and loyalty
- Analytical skills to assess and resolve operational challenges efficiently
- Comfortable to work collaboratively in a small team environment
- Comfortable with travelling to our warehouse (based near Pioneer/Joo Koon)
- Comfortable with hands-on work including assisting with orders, as well as administrative tasks such as ordering from suppliers
- Prior experience in eCommerce or customer care is an advantage
