Now, we’re looking for someone commercially driven but operationally grounded — someone who can connect the dots between customers, partners, logistics, and growth strategy.

This role is perfect for someone who has done account management, partnerships, customer ops, or cross-team coordination — and is now ready to grow into a bigger, business-facing role.

What You’ll Do

• Drive business – Support sales campaigns, manage key customer and partner relationships, and spot new opportunities

• Own operations flow – Handle order fulfilment, logistics planning, and warehouse coordination (~20% of role)

• Improve systems – Propose and implement smarter, leaner processes

• Collaborate cross-functionally – Be the link between operations, sales, and customer service teams

• Contribute to strategy – Share feedback, insights, and ideas with leadership to shape how we scale

• Be campaign-ready – Help plan and execute high-volume periods smoothly and efficiently

What We’re Looking For

• 2 years of experience in ecommerce, partnerships, client success, or ops

• Strong communicator who thrives in collaborative, fast-paced teams

• Analytical and organised — someone who brings structure to chaos

• Comfortable rolling up your sleeves and managing hands-on tasks

• Interested in growing into a senior role eventually as company is expanding.
