Job Summary


BizChamp International College seeks a motivated Education Consultant to drive student recruitment by promoting programmes, delivering expert course consultations, and guiding prospective students through enrolment.


Responsibilities



  • Promote and recommend academic programmes tailored to prospective students’ needs to increase enrolments

  • Respond promptly to enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, walk-ins, and online platforms to engage potential students

  • Conduct detailed course consultations explaining programme structures, admission criteria, fees, and study pathways to inform student decisions

  • Follow up on enquiries systematically to convert leads into confirmed student enrolments

  • Build and sustain strong relationships with prospective students and stakeholders to support recruitment goals

  • Guide students through application, registration, and enrolment processes ensuring clarity and compliance

  • Collect, verify, and submit all required documentation accurately to maintain enrolment integrity

  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate records in CRM systems and student databases for effective tracking

  • Achieve individual enrolment and recruitment targets by executing strategic outreach and conversion activities

  • Represent the college professionally at education fairs, open houses, roadshows, seminars, and marketing events to enhance brand visibility

  • Support marketing initiatives and lead generation campaigns to expand prospective student pipelines

  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure a seamless and positive student experience throughout the enrolment journey

  • Stay informed on programme offerings, industry trends, and market developments to provide relevant advice and maintain competitive positioning

  • Uphold the college’s reputation and brand image through professional conduct and effective communication


Preferred competencies and qualifications



  • Diploma, Advanced Diploma, Degree, or equivalent qualification

  • Experience in sales, business development, education consultancy, student recruitment, or customer service considered an advantage

  • Passion for sales and demonstrated ability to meet or exceed recruitment targets

  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills applied in student engagement and relationship building

  • Relationship management and negotiation skills to facilitate enrolment agreements

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently to achieve recruitment goals

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems for data management and reporting
