Key Responsibilities
Technical Inventory & Product Management
- Oversee and execute the process for return and defective stock management, including systematic inspection, logging of defects, and coordinating appropriate technical resolutions (repair, disposal, or testing).
- Conduct thorough product testing on returned, defective, and new stock to assess functionality, diagnose technical issues, and ensure quality control standards are met.
Specialized Customer & Team Support
- Provide technical support to the customer service team, acting as a subject matter expert to address complex product technical issues and recommend effective solutions.
- Support and serve walk-in customers, offering expert product knowledge, troubleshooting assistance, and processing requests at the physical location.
- Collaborate closely with the eCommerce team and operations to resolve intricate customer-related issues stemming from online orders, focusing on product performance and technical specifications.
- Administrative and General Duties
- Complete simple administrative tasks and filing to maintain accurate operational records and streamline technical documentation.
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by management to support operational and technical team needs.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a technical support, product testing, or operations role is highly desirable.
- Strong technical aptitude and willingness to learn complex product functionalities and diagnostic procedures.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to provide clear technical solutions.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, especially in managing inventory and documentation.
- Strong communication skills for interacting with customers and internal teams.
