We are looking for creative floral designers to join our team.
This role demands a blend of artistic flair, logistical precision, and client-focused service.
- Expertise in crafting floral installations tailored to themes, venues, and client visions.
- Ability to visualize how arrangements will look in large or unconventional spaces.
- Staying current with floral trends, color palettes, and seasonal blooms.
- Coordinating timelines, budgets, and vendor relationships for seamless event execution.
- Managing on-site installation, and teardown of floral decor.
- Working under tight deadlines, especially during peak wedding or holiday seasons.
- Understanding client needs, translating ideas into floral concepts, and managing expectations.
- Directing assistants or freelance florists during large-scale setups.
Job Requirements:
Formal training in floral design (certificate or diploma preferred)
Knowledge of fresh and faux flower arrangements
2–5 years of floral design experience, ideally with events like weddings, corporate functions, or galas
Proficiency in floral arrangement techniques, including large-scale installations
Excellent communication skills
Creative flair with attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
