Our client is a world class entertainment agency

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end development of merchandise, from concept to production and distribution

• Curate merchandise ranges that align with brand identity, audience insights, and cultural trends

• Collaborate with designers, suppliers, and production vendors to manage timelines, quality, and cost control

• Develop merchandising-led content strategies that support campaigns, events, launches, and brand partnerships

• Produce and manage a campaign/content calendar (in partnership with the marketing team)

• Brief and oversee creative teams on campaign narratives — ensuring tone, story, and product integration are on-brand

• Liaise with internal departments (e.g. marketing, partnerships, operations) to ensure cross-functional alignment

• Track merchandise performance metrics, campaign results, and generate post-mortem reports

• Manage inventory planning and e-commerce integration

• Ensure consistency of brand tone and storytelling across all merchandise and related content

Requirements:

·       Diploma/Degree in Marketing related disciplines

• At least 3–5 years of experience in merchandising, brand management or content marketing

• Strong product and campaign development skills

• Possesses Commercial acumen in sourcing, costing, and managing supplier relationships

• Excellent communication, storytelling, and cross-team collaboration abilities

• Familiarity with production processes, merchandising cycles, and retail/e-commerce platforms

• Passion for culture, design, and creating tangible brand experiences 

Other Information:

• Working Hours: 5 days

• Location: CBD (will shift near to Gardens by the Bay MRT in future)
