We’re looking for a reliable and organised Executive Assistant to support our day-to-day operations, customer service, and order fulfilment. If you’re detail-oriented, enjoy interacting with customers, and don’t mind hands-on work, we’d love to meet you.
Key Responsibilities
Reply to customer enquiries via email and WhatsApp
Assist walk-in customers with repairs, refunds, and purchases
Handle inventory stock taking and updates
Fulfil online orders (print shipping labels, pack orders, arrange dispatch)
Scan and organise receipts for accounting purposes
General administrative and operational support
Requirements
Good communication skills (written and spoken)
Comfortable using WhatsApp, email, and basic computer systems
Organised, responsible, and able to multitask
Able to work independently and follow processes
Prior customer service or admin experience is a plus (but not required)
