Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Vice President Assistant to provide executive support and assist in business operations, strategic projects, and cross-functional coordination. The successful candidate will work closely with the Vice President to support business development activities, project execution, and operational matters.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver comprehensive administrative and executive support to the Vice President by managing scheduling, coordinating meetings, preparing documentation, and ensuring timely follow-up on action items

  • Coordinate business development activities by liaising with business partners, clients, suppliers, and stakeholders to facilitate collaboration and progress

  • Support e-commerce platform operations and business initiatives through project coordination, tracking performance metrics, and managing operational follow-ups

  • Monitor and track project timelines to ensure deliverables meet planned deadlines and quality standards

  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to enable smooth execution of business projects and resolve operational issues

  • Conduct market research and prepare detailed business reports, presentations, and analytical materials to inform decision-making

  • Support supply chain activities by coordinating with suppliers, managing procurement processes, arranging logistics, and maintaining effective operational communication

  • Assist with organizing business trips and meetings in China and other locations as required

  • Execute other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Vice President to support business needs

Requirement

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Marketing, or related fields preferred

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in executive assistant, business development, project coordination, operations, or related roles

  • Experience in e-commerce, trading, supply chain, or cross-border business environments is advantageous

  • Good understanding of supply chain processes, including supplier management, procurement, and logistics coordination

  • Strong organisational, communication, and coordination skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment

  • Willingness to travel for business purposes when required
