Description
Marketing Campaigns & Project Management (50%)
- Plan, coordinate, and execute end-to-end 360-degree marketing campaigns, including tactical promotions, in-app activations, social media, and press engagement.
- Ensure all marketing projects are delivered on time, within scope and aligned with brand objectives.
- Work closely with operations team and oross-functional teams to ensure alignment on campaign goals and timelines.
- Liaise with external partners, such as PR agencies, event planners, and creative vendors, to support and amplify marketing efforts.
- Coordinate logistics and execution of on-site activations and collaborative events.
- Draft comprehensive design briefs for internal teams and external creative agencies, ensuring clear direction on campaign objectives, messaging, and deliverables.
- Serve as the point of contact between internal stakeholders and design teams to maintain consistency in brand voice and visual identity.
Business Development, Event & Client Management (30%)
- Proactively promote Lau Pa Sat as a MICE and corporate event venue, identifying potential leads and securing bookings.
- Respond to client enquiries professionally and promptly, tailoring event packages to meet client needs.
- Take ownership of updating and enhancing the Corporate Events Deck, ensuring it reflects current offerings, brand standards, and compelling value propositions.
Ad Monetisation (10%)
- Manage and update the media monetisation inventory, including the asset listing, availability schedule, and pricing documentation.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely execution and fulfilment of media campaigns.
Content Creatign & Social Media Management (10%)
- Develop and maintain content calendars and publish engaging, on-brand content on Lau Pa Sat’s Instagram, Facebook and other relevant platforms.
- Write compelling copy, curate visuals, and collaborate with creative teams to produce impactful social content.
- Monitor performance metrics to drive continual content improvement and engagement growth.
