Job Overview
This role supports the daily operation and maintenance (O&M) of digital advertising assets across train stations, bus interchanges, buses, and taxis network. It focuses on coordination with authorities, asset owners, operators, and vendors, as well as project support and operational compliance. Programming skills are not required; however, a basic level of technical competency is necessary to manage vendors effectively and to support troubleshooting activities carried out by external parties.
Job Description
Digital Operations
Oversee the daily O&M of digital advertising assets to ensure proper functioning and timely rectification through vendors.
Conduct content quality checks and manage approval processes, including regulatory submissions.
Verify campaign Proof of Delivery (POD).
Vendor & Asset Management
Manage and monitor the performance of O&M vendors, including SLA compliance.
Support procurement activities for systems, equipment, and replacement parts
Track software licences, utilities, telco usage, and maintain an inventory of digital assets.
Project & Systems Support
Assist in system rollouts and coordinate with vendors and stakeholders during testing, implementation, and O&M phases. This may require working outside office hours, including at night, PH and on weekends.
Stakeholder Coordination
Work with Sales and internal teams to support digital campaign scheduling and operations.
Assist in addressing client feedback and supporting on-ground digital operational activities.
Serve as the main point of contact for asset owners and operators on digital asset operational matters.
Reporting & Admin
Prepare operational reports and ensure accuracy of documentation.
Support process improvements and workflow automation initiatives.
Compliance & Governance
Support adherence to cybersecurity, PDPA, licensing, and audit requirements in alignment with Group IT.
Manage user access and maintain operational control over digital systems.
Any other duties assigned.
Requirements
ITE, Diploma or Degree in Digital Media, Engineering, IT, or related fields.
At least 1 year of experience in operations, digital media, IT support coordination, or project management.
No programming skills required, but candidates must possess basic technical aptitude to manage digital system troubleshooting through vendors.
Knowledge in Excel Macros, MS Power automate would be an advantage Familiarity with system rollout processes and project coordination.
Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working on-site with contractors and operators.
