About the Role

Our Client is seeking a meticulous and proactive Executive (E-Commerce Merchandising) to support digital merchandising execution across online platforms. As part of the Platform Operations team, you will ensure all campaign assets, briefs, and content are consolidated accurately and submitted on time for seamless execution. This role works closely with internal teams including Product, Marketing, Retail Media, and Design.

This is a fast-paced, detail-oriented position suited for individuals who enjoy coordination, content management, and cross-functional collaboration within an e-commerce environment.


Key Responsibilities

1. Asset Coordination & Submission

  • Consolidate campaign briefs, product information, banners, and visuals from internal teams.

  • Verify the accuracy and completeness of all materials before submitting to the operations team.

  • Maintain tracking sheets for timelines, versions, and status updates across campaigns.

2. Designer Collaboration & Creative Briefing

  • Work directly with designers to brief in requirements for banners and creative assets.

  • Ensure briefs are clear, aligned with campaign goals, and submitted promptly.

  • Coordinate feedback and approval loops to meet deadlines and brand standards.

3. Workflow & Process Management

  • Follow internal processes and schedules for asset submission and campaign rollout.

  • Flag delays or missing information and proactively follow up with stakeholders.

  • Conduct basic quality checks on visuals and copy to ensure accuracy and alignment with brand guidelines.

4. Cross-Functional Support

  • Collaborate with category managers, planners, content editors, and operations to ensure all touchpoints of the customer journey are aligned.

  • Support daily content updates, homepage refreshes, and campaign launches.

  • Assist the merchandising manager in day-to-day platform operations.



Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field

  • Experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or platform operations is preferred

  • Strong multitasking and prioritization abilities in a fast-paced environment

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite

  • Meticulous, organised, and detail-oriented

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders


Details

  • 1 year contract with completion bonus

  • Up to $4,500/month *depending on experience

  • Mon - Fri, Office hours

  • Beside MRT (West)
