Job Description
This position is responsible for managing and improving the daily operations of DKSH FMCG eCommerce in Singapore, ensuring the online business runs smoothly, increases operational efficiency, and boosts customer satisfaction. Applicants should have experience in e-Commerce operations, working with SAP systems, and handling finance-related tasks for e-retailers, B2B Quick Commerce, and B2C channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Order Fulfilment and Logistics Management:
Manage the end-to-end order fulfilment process for B2C & B2B channels, including order processing, inventory management, and shipment tracking.
Collaborate with logistics partners to optimize shipping methods, reduce delivery times, and minimize costs.
Implement best practices to ensure timely delivery and minimize order errors.
Website Management, Vendor Management and Optimization:
Work closely with the IT team to maintain vendor partnership.
Manage D2C website for relevant clients to ensure orders are processed timely
Ensure DKSH has competitive delivery rates with partnering logistic provider.
Manage Redmart, Amazon platform, responsible for uploading of product listing, price update, product availability, promo submission for the team
Assist the team on SAP related matters
Performance Monitoring, Analysis & New business implementations:
Performance from marketplace platforms & fulfilment rates of B2B e-retailers
Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement, and develop actionable strategies to drive business growth.
Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate performance results and recommendations to senior management and warehouse team.
Work with supply chain team to implement new business opportunities in eCommerce to ensure DKSH delivery customer satisfaction of being the one stop solution for eCommerce
o Finance Operations:
Assist with monthly claims submission and to monitor by keeping AR Ageing report up to date.
Analyze customers’ payment performance and check for potential credit risks to mitigate potential payment defaults.
Follow up on payments due and check against assigned credit limit/credit policy.
Work closely with internal stakeholders monitoring collections (e.g. days sales outstanding, monthly collection targets, etc.) and resolving customer payment issues.
Support eCommerce account managers on finance related operations
Work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to resolve claims and financial disputes.
Work closely with customers on collections and reconciliation of balances to ensure accurate and timely recovery of payments.
Support eCommerce team with monitoring of budget allocations for clients to prevent overspend
Perform invoice submission and monthly claims submission to clients and respective marketplaces.
Be the go-to person with regards to the eCommerce finance operations and act as the business owner for all digital operations’ financial activities.
Requirements:
At least 1 years of experience in e-commerce related roles
Good communication and interpersonal skills
