Executive (Group communications / Up $4000 / Novena)

Duration: 6 months (Extendable)

Location: Novena

Working hours: 08.30am – 6.00pm (Monday to Thursday), 08.30am – 5.30pm (Friday)

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualise and produce engaging content across social media platforms

• Design or source visuals in line with brand guidelines

• Assist in planning and executing social media publicity and campaigns for key events or initiatives

• Support the writing and editing of internal newsletters, announcements, and updates for staff and stakeholders

• Assist in producing and coordinating content for internal communications campaigns such as Viva Engage and Intranet

• Assist in updating and maintaining website content

• Write or edit web copy including landing pages, event listings, and programme descriptions

• Work with the team to improve the site's information architecture, including page hierarchy, menu structure, and content groupings
