Job Summary:

Shape and promote the charity’s identity and mission to our donors, volunteers &supporters, the public through various marketing and communication channels andefforts, with a focus on digital marketing. This is a hands-on role suited fora proactive self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-project environment. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Independently manage social media, email, and digital campaigns, ensuring quality, consistency, and performance across all touchpoints

  • Research, conceptualise and create content for storytelling on social media (e.g. graphic design, capturing meaningful moments, infographics, short video edits and production).

  • Manage Platform management for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn etc. (i.e. monitoring, moderating, publishing, curating, analysing, strategizing and community engagement) to support audience growth.

  • Ensures that all materials present a clear, unified, and positive image for the organisation /or brands.

  • Track digital trends and recommend improvements to tools, processes, and performance.

  • Assist in the preparation and distribution of original promotional content such as articles, news and press releases, email marketing and other updates on behalf of the organisation.

  • Promote our events creation of collaterals, publicity and post-event recap on FFTH owned communications channels.

  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to develop digital assets, including copy and design

  • Manage wesbite SEO and SEM to support website traffic growth.

  • Support in corporate communications such as website content management, Annual Report etc.

  • Work closely with Fundraising, Programmes, CSR and Volunteer Management teams to achieve common objectives.

  • Provide administrative and operational support to the team as required, including documentation, coordination, and follow-up on action items.

  • Assist with scheduling reporting, and preparation of materials for internal reviews and Board reporting.

  • Support procurement processes, invoicing, and vendor-related administration.

  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
