Location: West
Pay: Up to $4500 (depending on qualifications and experience)**
Overview of the Role:
We are looking for a meticulous and proactive Executive (E-Commerce Merchandising) to execute digital merchandising initiatives. You will work closely with internal stakeholders across Products, marketing, retail media and design to ensure smooth, on-time delivery of merchandising campaigns and daily site updates.
Job Responsibilities:
Asset Coordination & Submission
● Gather and consolidate campaign briefs, product details, banners, and visuals from Products, marketing, and other stakeholders.
● Ensure accuracy and completeness of submissions.
● Maintain tracking tools to manage timelines, versioning, and delivery status across all merchandising initiatives.
Designer Collaboration & Banner Briefing
● Work directly with in-house designer to brief in requirements for banner design.
● Ensure that creative briefs are clear, aligned to campaign objectives, and submitted in a timely manner.
● Coordinate feedback and approvals between stakeholders and designers to ensure on-brand, on-time delivery of visual assets.
Workflow & Process Management
● Follow and enforce internal processes and timelines for asset readiness and campaign rollout.
● Identify gaps in submissions and proactively follow up with relevant teams.
● Perform basic quality checks on visuals and copy to ensure they meet required standards (e.g. resolution, text accuracy, brand tone).
Cross-Functional Support
● Collaborate with category managers, campaign planners, content editors, and the operations team to ensure all components of the customer journey are aligned.
● Assist the merchandising manager in executing day-to-day content changes, homepage updates, and campaign launches.
Job Requirements:
- Min Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Previous experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or platform operations is preferred.
- Familiarity with operating systems, along with basic Microsoft Office and G-Suite skills (Excel, Word, Google Sheets)
