About the Role
Our client is seeking a meticulous and dependable Executive (Platform Operations, E-Commerce) to support the Seller Excellence & Enablement team. In this role, you will help strengthen marketplace operations, improve seller experience, and drive governance across workflows. You will be actively involved in seller onboarding processes, performance monitoring, compliance tracking, and process optimization initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
1. Marketplace Operations & Governance
Support onboarding, offboarding, seller assessments, and aftersales processes.
Track key seller metrics and ensure adherence to platform policies and SLAs.
Consolidate seller and BPO data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
Assist in building playbooks and SOPs for core marketplace workflows.
2. Process Improvement & Automation
Work with the Seller Excellence team to enhance internal workflows, including automation using tools such as Google App Script.
Participate in testing, documenting, and implementing new tools or process changes.
Identify inefficiencies and propose solutions to streamline operations.
3. Reporting & Insights
Maintain dashboards and trackers to monitor marketplace performance.
Produce operational reports and insights to support management decision-making.
Highlight recurring issues, gaps, and areas for enhancement.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Liaise with internal teams such as Commercial, Finance, Tech, and Customer Service to resolve seller-related cases.
Coordinate with vendor partners and BPO teams to ensure timely resolution and process compliance.
Support outbound communications including policy updates, operational notices, and data validation.
Job Requirements
Requirements
Degree in Business Administration, Operations, E-Commerce, or related fields
Strong working knowledge of Google Sheets / Excel (basic formulas and data handling)
Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills
Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to manage repetitive tasks accurately
Keen interest in marketplace operations and seller management
Nice-to-Have Skills
Familiarity with SAP, BigQuery, or Google App Script (training provided)
Prior internship or experience in e-commerce or operations support

Details
1 year contract with completion bonus
Up to $5,000/month *depending on experience
