Description
Objectives:
• Plan and execute integrated marketing and promotional campaigns for the mall.
• Manage casual leasing operations to maximize occupancy and revenue.
Job Duties:
• Plan and execute integrated marketing and promotional campaigns to drive shopper footfall, increase tenant sales and strengthen the mall’s brand presence.
• Engage and liaise with tenants, advertising agencies, contractors and event companies to ensure successful launches of all campaigns and events.
• Ensure the smooth operation of casual leasing operations for advertising spaces, puscharts and common areas, including handling enquiries, negotiating terms and coordinating execution to maximize occupancy and revenue.
• Manage digital marketing efforts including social media, content creation and website updates.
• Coordinate with external vendors and agencies to ensure timely and quality execution of advertising and promotional initiatives.
• Support marketing communications and public relations efforts, including social median and community engagement.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, tracking KPIs, ROI, footfall and sales data to improve future initiatives.
• Manage administrative processes and proper tracking of expenses related to vendor and agency management, including agreement, purchase orders and payment processing.
• Ensure compliance with mall policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Perform related duties as assigned by your manager.
Requirements:
Education
• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related discipline.
Experience
• Minimum 1 to 3 years of marketing experience, preferably in a shopping mall, retail or ad agency environment.
• Prior casual leasing experience highly desirable.
Skills
• Marketing and event management skills.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing.
• Good working knowledge of MS Office applications.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication skills for interaction with vendors, and internal teams.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
