Executive / Senior Executive, Marketing (B2B / Lead Generation / Excel)

About the role

Leverage lead generation expertise and marketing leadership to develop and execute targeted B2B marketing and sales strategies. Utilize CRM and business systems to drive data-informed campaigns, generate qualified leads, and translate market insights into effective sales initiatives. Lead integrated marketing activities, including promotional planning, demand generation, and sales enablement, while guiding the marketing team to achieve measurable business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Opportunity: Play a key role in driving lead generation and marketing initiatives that deliver measurable business growth and enhance overall sales performance.

• Role: Lead the development and execution of targeted B2B marketing strategies, leveraging CRM and business systems to identify opportunities, generate qualified leads, and support sales success.

• Objective: Translate market insights and sales priorities into effective lead generation and marketing initiatives that drive customer engagement and business growth.

• Marketing Scope: Oversee integrated B2B marketing activities, including campaign planning, demand generation, promotional initiatives, and sales enablement, while leading the marketing team to achieve measurable results.

About you

• 3-6 years professional marketing experience (B2B preferred)

• Proven experience in lead generation, campaign execution, and marketing initiatives

• Demonstrated leadership potential: able to set direction, guide sales priorities and actions, and drive execution

• Minimum Bachelor's degree

• Proficient in Excel; familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or Power Automate is a plus

• Proactive in proposing ideas for sales performance improvement

• Curious to investigate the reasons behind any outcomes

• Purpose-driven mindset, always questioning the 'why' behind actions

• Results-driven, well-organized, and attentive to detail
