Job Details:
Location: West
Duration: 12 months (renewable/extendable according to business needs and performance)**
Working Hours: Mon - Fri office hours (Work from home 1 day/week)
Pay: Up to $3800 (depending on experience and qualification)**


Key Responsibilities

Stewardship

  • Review and update the Rules of Administration (ROA) to ensure accuracy and proper data entry within the CRM system.

  • Liaise with vendors on the production of student thank-you card content for reports, while partnering with internal stakeholders to track fund utilisation and prepare utilisation reports.

  • Oversee award administration by extracting key requirements and communicating them clearly to school administrators.

  • Work closely with school administrators to ensure award processes are aligned with ROA guidelines.

  • Engage with students and award recipients to facilitate donor interactions in accordance with established procedures.

  • Interpret and analyse basic data related to daily Stewardship operations.

  • Validate and reconcile data across multiple reports and systems for fund utilisation, scholarships, bursaries, and Gift Impact reporting, collaborating with team members to resolve discrepancies.

  • Coordinate with the Stewardship team to ensure timely task completion and uphold data integrity.

  • Prepare and generate Gift Impact Reports for donors.

Admin Duties:

  • Monitor and report on the progress of award administration.

  • Provide support in data validation and analysis for fund utilisation, scholarships, bursaries, and Gift Impact reporting.

  • Maintain the donor database by ensuring all information is accurate and up to date.

  • Offer general administrative support across other assigned gift stewardship activities within the team.

Requirements

  • Min Diploma/Degree

  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly MS Excel and MS Word.

  • Strong data analytical and thinking skills, and self-motivated.

  • Strong command of English and proficient writing skills to develop impact reports.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively while meeting tight deadlines.

  • Demonstrates resourcefulness and flexibility in problem-solving.  

  • Competency in creative software such as Photoshop and/or Illustrator is an added advantage.
