Export Sales Coordinator

Job Summary

You will manage the full sales process from preparing quotations to handling shipping and export documentation. You will respond promptly to sales enquiries, build strong customer relationships, and coordinate with freight forwarders to ensure smooth shipping arrangements.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue accurate quotations and sales orders to support the sales process




• Follow up with sales prospects to advance sales opportunities and close deals




• Manage sales enquiries promptly and professionally to maintain customer satisfaction




• Develop and maintain positive relationships with existing and new customers to achieve high customer
  satisfaction




• Coordinate with freight forwarders to arrange and track shipping and export documentation




• Use Microsoft Office tools to document and communicate sales activities effectively




• Apply knowledge of shipping documentation to ensure compliance and accuracy in export processes




• Communicate clearly and professionally in English to support customer interactions and internal coordination




• Utilize social media, e-commerce platforms, and website tools to support sales and customer engagement
  efforts

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum 2 years of working experience in sales or related roles




• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and SAP system




• Experience in handling shipping documentation




• Good communication skills with a positive and proactive attitude




• O Level / Higher NITEC qualification



• Fluent in English and Chinese (to communicate with Chinese speaking customers)



• Knowledge of social media, e-commerce, and website management to enhance sales outreach
