F&B Executive

We are a healthier vegetarian/vegan cafe located in Bukit Batok Central

We also have a healthy option retail store.

We have a vacancy for a Sales/Marketing Executive.

Responsibilties:

• market/promote/drive F&B and retail sales


• greet/attend to customers, take orders & recommend dishes & produtcs to customers


• handle E commerce website, online sales


• handle Lazada, Shoppee online sales


• retail inventory control & stock order replenishment


• handle food delivery platforms like Grabfood, Foodpanda, Deliveroo, Oddle Eats, CaterSpot, SmartBite


• handle QR ordering & CRM


• clearing & setting up tables


• counter cashering & closing


• digital & social media marketing


• prepare marketing, promotion, advertising materials

Requirements:

• at least 1 year relevant experience


• customer oriented


• good interpersonal & communication skills


• friendly disposition
