Fashion Retail Associate (Full-Time)

Good Addition is a local womenswear brand founded in October 2022. 

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated sales associate passionate about the world of fashion, dedicated to customer service, and works well in a team.

Responsibilities are:

• Follow through on the entire customer journey, from welcoming to the final sale, dealing with any requests or complaints.

• Stock counting and control, managing and fulfilling e-commerce deliveries, and stockroom maintenance.

• Product organization on the shop floor, as well as visual merchandising guidelines implementation to ensure store is attractive and commercial.

• To be aware of customer profiles, the product potential and the commercial strategies of competitors

• To communicate with the team about new products, merchandising changes and make suggestions regarding out-of-stock garments

• To continuously report to the management team and support them in specific managerial store duties

Requirements are:

• 5-day work week, must be able to work at least one weekend

• Vibrant personality and focused on delivering the best shopping experience

• Proven working experience in retail sales

• Proficiency in English

• Solid communication and interpersonal skills

• Friendly, helpful, confident and engaging personality

• Good administration skills
