The Opportunity

• Adecco is partnering our client, one of the world's largest tech organizations
• We are looking for a Field Marketing Specialist
• The role will start out as a contract
• Candidates who are immediately available/ able to start work within short notice will be preferred

The Talent

• 3-5 years of experience in marketing, campaigns (digital & offline), events, or marketing operations
• Tech industry experience will be a plus
• Comfortable in a support- and operations-heavy role, with strong attention to detail
• Highly organised, responsible, and reliable, with a strong sense of ownership
• Able to work independently, prioritise effectively, and problem-solve within defined frameworks
• Clear communicator when working with agencies and cross-functional teams
• Experience supporting Vietnam or Southeast Asia markets is a plus

Job Description

• Support end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns and events, ensuring timelines, logistics, and deliverables are met
• Own campaign reporting and post-campaign analysis, including data consolidation and insights
• Coordinate lead follow-up processes, working closely with sales and internal stakeholders
• Act as the point of contact for Vietnam marketing requests, ensuring alignment with regional objectives
• Liaise with external agencies on briefs, timelines, assets, and execution quality
• Support regional stakeholders across markets and manage multiple requests in parallel
• Proactively flag issues, follow through on actions, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks
