Key Responsibilities:

System Administration: Install, configure, upgrade FileNet P8, Content Navigator, and related components. -
Maintenance: Perform backups, patch management, performance tuning, and system health checks. -
Security: Implement and manage access controls and compliance protocols. -
Troubleshooting: Resolve FileNet-related issues and provide technical support to users and IT teams. -
Documentation: Maintain detailed records of configurations, procedures, and changes. -
Collaboration: Work with business analysts, developers, and infrastructure teams to align FileNet solutions with business needs. -
Training: Support and train end-users on FileNet functionalities and best practices.
Technical Skills Required:
- Proficiency in IBM FileNet P8, Content Navigator, and Case Manager.
- Experience with IBM WebSphere Application Server, SQL Server, and Linux environments.
- Knowledge of Datacap, Enterprise Records, and workflow development.
- Scripting and automation skills (e.g., Shell, PowerShell, or JavaScript).
- Familiarity with network protocols, security standards, and integration methodologies.
