About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Pre-Sales / Solutions Consultant to support the sales and client onboarding process for a global fintech infrastructure platform.

This role acts as a bridge between sales, product, and engineering teams, working closely with prospective clients to understand their business requirements and design tailored fintech solutions.

The successful candidate will play a key role in solution design, technical demonstrations, proposal preparation, and early-stage implementation planning.


Key Responsibilities

Solution Consulting

  • Engage with prospective clients to understand their business models, operational workflows, and technical requirements

  • Design tailored fintech solutions using the company’s platform capabilities

  • Develop solution architectures, system workflows, and integration strategies

Technical Pre-Sales Support

  • Work closely with the sales team to support the technical aspects of the sales process

  • Provide expertise on product capabilities, APIs, payment infrastructure, and digital asset systems

  • Address technical questions and solution requirements during client discussions

Product Demonstrations

  • Conduct platform demonstrations for prospective clients and partners

  • Present use cases related to OTC trading systems, payment processing, and API-based fintech services

  • Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and business stakeholders

Proposal Preparation

  • Prepare solution proposals, technical documentation, and architecture diagrams

  • Support RFP responses and contribute to technical sections of commercial proposals

  • Coordinate internally to ensure feasibility and accuracy of proposed solutions

Client Onboarding Support

  • Support early-stage project planning following successful deal closure

  • Assist with API integration planning and technical onboarding discussions

  • Ensure smooth transition from sales engagement to delivery teams


Requirements

Professional Experience

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the fintech, payments, or digital asset industry

  • Experience in pre-sales, solutions consulting, solution architecture, or product roles

  • Exposure to working with financial institutions, fintech companies, or payment providers


Technical Knowledge

Strong understanding of:

  • API integrations and system architecture

  • Payment gateways and payment processing workflows

  • OTC trading platforms or liquidity systems

  • Digital asset infrastructure

  • Compliance frameworks such as KYC / AML


Skills

  • Strong communication and presentation skills

  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Experience working with international clients and cross-functional teams
