Flexi Retail & E-commerce Assistant (Pet Supplies)

We’re a pet supplies store, both retail and online, offering premium food, treats, and essentials for dogs and cats. We're looking for a passionate and responsible part-timer to support both sides of the business.

Responsibilities

• Attend to walk-in customers and offer product recommendations


• Manage inventory, cashiering and basic housekeeping duties


• Support with marketing & operational matters for e-commerce platforms such as monitoring of product listing, inventory, pricing, and promotions

We’re looking for..

• Genuine love for animals and ideally have a dog or cat of your own


• Comfortable speaking to customers and sharing your experience


• Digitally savvy - Social, Website would be a plus


• Reliable, punctual & willing to learn
