We are seeking a FP&A Manager to directly support the CFO of MatchMove, a MAS-licensed payment institution and Fintech company specializing in Banking-as-a-Service and embedded finance. This role is focused on equity and debt fundraising, along with other corporate development projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing financial and documentary outputs crucial to critical business management and corporate development processes.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • A hands-on role with direct access to board, shareholders, and investor-level work:

  • Building and maintaining financial models, forecasts, and scenario analyses and sensitivity analysis for board and investor use

  • Detailed focus on data sourcing and cleaning

  • Running the FP&A cycle and producing decision-informing analysis for presentation to the board

  • Managing the cap table and administering the ESOP scheme

  • Owning the data room and coordinating due diligence responses during live investment processes

  • Supporting investor relations: producing board packs, shareholder updates, and fundraising preparation

  • Using AI productivity tools as a matter of course: this is an expectation of the role

Who We’re Looking For

  • Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CPA or equivalent) with at least 5 years’ post-qualification experience

  • Direct exposure to a venture-backed or growth-stage technology company, in-house (Finance or Corporate Development teams) or as an advisor (M&A, strategy consulting)

  • Strong financial modelling skills; advanced Excel is essential, and experience with BI or other FP&A tools is an advantage

  • Working knowledge of cap table mechanics and equity incentive schemes, including ESOP administration

  • Familiarity with NetSuite is an advantage

  • Familiarity with legal processes and confidence to liaise with external counsel

  • Confident and preferred user of AI and other productivity tools

What to Expect

The role directly supports the CFO: you will own the financial outputs presented to the board and to prospective Series D investors, while maintaining the due diligence data room, and supporting other special projects that have direct, material impact on the group.
