Role Overview
BRIXX DERMA is looking for a Freelance Live-Commerce Executive (Operations-Led) to support and scale our TikTok and Shopee livestream ecosystem. This role is execution-focused and works closely with the Marketing Manager to drive brand discovery, product trial, and conversion through live-commerce.
While prior experience in live-commerce is a plus, candidates with little or no direct experience are welcome, provided they demonstrate strong initiative, problem-solving ability, and clear communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
Livestream Operations & Scheduling
Schedule and manage internal livestreamers across TikTok and Shopee
Plan and maintain livestream calendars aligned with marketing campaigns and sales periods
Ensure livestream readiness including product setup, pricing, vouchers, bundles, and stock availability
Creator & Streamer Coordination
Liaise with creator managers and agencies to schedule livestreams with mid- to top-tier creators
Coordinate livestream slots, product briefings, and campaign mechanics with external creators
Track livestream commitments, deliverables, and post-stream follow-ups
Platform & Campaign Execution
Support TikTok Shop and Shopee campaign participation (platform vouchers, flash sales, key campaigns)
Assist in setting up livestream mechanics such as GWPs, bundles, and limited-time offers
Monitor livestream performance and resolve operational issues during live sessions
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with the Marketing Manager to align livestream execution with brand campaigns
Coordinate with operations and logistics teams to ensure smooth fulfilment post-livestream
Communicate clearly and proactively when issues arise, proposing solutions rather than escalating problems
Reporting & Optimisation
Track livestream schedules and basic performance metrics (GMV, AOV, session performance)
Identify gaps or inefficiencies in livestream workflows and suggest improvements
Maintain clear documentation of livestream processes and schedules
Requirements
Little or no prior live-commerce experience is acceptable
Strong initiative and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think on your feet
Clear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal
Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks and timelines
Comfortable working independently and responding quickly during livestream windows
Willingness to learn TikTok Shop and Shopee mechanics quickly
Experience in beauty, skincare, or consumer brands is a plus, but not required
